YOU WILL ONLY BE RE-REGISTERING AND PAYING THE REGISTRATION FEE FOR YOUR OLDEST CHILD THROUGH THIS PROCESS. YOU WILL BE BILLED FOR SIBLINGS THROUGH YOUR FACTS TUITION ACCOUNT ($50.00 PER ADDITONAL STUDENT IN THE FAMILY).

In addition to the St. Luke registration fees below, FACTS Tuition collects a $10.00 processing fee when you pay your registration fee.ONE DAY NEW YEAR'S SPECIAL: Midnight to 9:00 pm January 1, 2023 $175.00 Early Registration: after 9:00 pm on Jan. 1, 2023 to 9:00 pm, Jan. 14, 2023 $275.00 Regular Registration: After 9:00 pm Jan. 14, 2023
$325.00 You will be billed for siblings through your FACTS Tuition account. $50.00 registration fee for each additional student in the family.
To complete our online reenrollment process, you will access our ParentsWeb Family Portal through your existing login. Please follow the instructions that will be provided to submit the enrollment packet.
If you do not have a login, please follow the Instructions for Creating a ParentsWeb/Family Portal Login at the bottom of this page.
To access re-enrollment in ParentsWeb:- Please go to FACTS SIS >Family Portal Login (renweb.com)
- Select Logins from the menu bar and ParentsWeb Login from the drop-down menu.
- Type in your username and password. If you have forgotten your username or password, please click on the link provided.
- After logging in, click on the Family Information button in the left menu.
- Click on the Enrollment/Reenrollment button.
- PLEASE DO NOT SELECT Application (New Student) for a current St. Luke student! You will be charged a NON-REFUNDABLE application fee by FACTS tuition!
Our Online Enrollment system will open with a link to the enrollment packet for your child. The online process should take approximately 10-15 minutes to complete. Your information will be saved if you need to quit and come back later. However, you must submit your packet and pay the registration fee by the deadlines in the table above. Areas that are incomplete will be noted with a yellow caution sign.
Please check for a confirmation email that your enrollment packet has been submitted.If you do not receive a confirmation email,
your child's registration is NOT complete.

In order to log in to FACTS SIS Family Portal (RenWeb) for the first time and create your account you will need:- Our district code - SLK-TX
- Your email address that is on file with the school
Click HERE to go to the Family Portal login page.- Enter St. Luke's district code, SLK-TX
- Click on "Create New Family Portal Account" and follow the prompts.
- A verification email with your password will be sent to you within the hour.
