As we continue through the pandemic, we share breath prayers (also known as Jesus prayers) as a beautiful, spiritual self-care practice to help us keep faith and love in our hearts as we manage the stresses of day-to-day responsibilities, struggles and uncertainties.
Sample Breath Prayers
I trust in the Lord. He renews my strength.
I cast my anxiety on Him for He cares for me.
Jesus, let me feel your love.
O Lord Show me your way.
Father, let me feel your presence.
