BIG GIVE EMERGENCY RELIEF
Why should you give to The Big Give Emergency Relief?
The Big Give Emergency Relief site opened on March 19 and will remain open until further notice. This round of the Big Give is to help organizations cope with the effects of COVID-19.
Your gift allows us to continue to work diligently to meet the educational needs of students attending St. Luke Catholic school while sanitizing the buildings and surfaces in preparation for their return without compromising the school budget. It is a reality that responding to COVID-19, the preparation for distance learning and the extreme cleaning and sanitizing measures, was not in the budget plan for any school this year.
Another reality we need to address is the continuation of education for students whose parents have lost the income they use to send their children to our school. Catholic education is a sacrifice. And for some, that sacrifice is more deeply felt. For those parents who are experiencing financial difficulty because of the COVID19 response, we want to help. We want to help them weather this storm so their student(s) can continue their education with their St. Luke family. Thank you for your generosity.
