Gone are the days when St. Luke students rode their bicycles to school. Nevertheless, students in first through fifth grade students brought their bicycles to school on Wednesday, March 22, 2017, for our first Bike Rodeo. Students accumulated points in several areas including a thorough bike and helmet safety check, balance test, circle steering test, and single obstacle course. Students who placed in each division will receive invitations to the city-wide bicycle rodeo. One student had a perfect score! Many thanks to all of the volunteer parents whose help made the Bike Rodeo run smoothly. Special thanks to third grade student, Henry Neff, who planted the seed for St. Luke to hold a Bike Rodeo this year.
