"It's been a great blessing from God, all the different communities where I have been able to serve as priest. I am thankful to Him for my assignment to St. Luke. I like tacos, chilaquiles en salsa verde y en salsa roja con cebolla y queso fresco, and chiles rellenos, but I also like American, Spanish, Phillipine, Chinese, and Italian food. As has been said of me...'el padrecito no tiene carta aborrecida (There is nothing father dislikes on any menu)'".
